In addition to the above there will be sessions either side of the seminar –

Thursday 09:00 – 11:00 and

Friday 09:00 – 13:00

These additional sessions will consider issues of mathematics education research using video as a research tool, and the use of video in teaching. These sessions will be of interest to doctoral fellows and others interested in the use of video in teaching and research.

This event will also mark the end of the METMAS project (Mathematics Education Through Modelling Authentic Situations). METMAS has been a collaborative project between MatRIC and Brno University of Technology funded by an EEA Norway Grant, we are grateful for this support. In addition to the above there will be a meeting of the METMAS collaboration group (MatRIC/UiA) and BUT on Wednesday 8 June 2016.
